1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nexus ToolHub website, accounts, and independent software products ("Products") offered through the platform. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record; completing checkout constitutes acceptance of Paddle's checkout terms.
2. License grant
After a valid purchase or active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product within the features listed for your plan on our pricing page. Licenses are verified via license keys or account subscription status and may not be resold, shared, or circumvented.
3. Subscriptions & renewal
Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled via the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout; we may change prices with notice as required by law before renewal.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account. Abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption of the platform is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer & liability
Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
